7 positionsFull-Stack Developer
Build the platform that runs the shop floor. You will own features end-to-end across our PLM, QMS, and MES surfaces.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production-grade features across the stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Node, Postgres).
- Model manufacturing workflows — work orders, routings, BOMs, non-conformances — into clean domain code.
- Partner with product and customers to translate ERP/MES requirements into reliable, testable software.
- Raise the bar on performance, observability, and code quality across the team.
What we look for
- Solid experience building production web applications with TypeScript and a modern React framework.
- Strong backend fundamentals: relational data modeling, API design, async processing.
- Hands-on experience integrating with or building ERP / MES systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Plex, etc.).
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven, comfortable working directly with customers and operators.
Forward Deployed Engineer
Run implementations of GatesFlow inside real manufacturing environments. Sit between our customers and our codebase.
What you'll do
- Run customer implementations on-site and remotely — from kickoff to go-live.
- Build customer-specific UI extensions, dashboards, and integrations on top of the GatesFlow platform.
- Map customer ERP/MES processes to GatesFlow modules and feed product gaps back into engineering.
- Be the technical voice in the room with operations, quality, and engineering leaders.
What we look for
- Solid front-end engineering with React / Next.js and TypeScript.
- Exposure to ERP or MES software in manufacturing environments — through deployment, customization, or integration work.
- Comfort reading APIs, debugging integrations, and explaining trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to customer plants when needed.
Sales Representative
Sell software to the people who run plants. You'll turn the wave of inbound from our free CAD viewer and document control into paying PLM, QMS, and MES customers.
What you'll do
- Own the pipeline from inbound signup to closed deal — qualify, demo, and negotiate with operations, quality, and engineering leaders.
- Run product demos in manufacturing language: work orders, PPAP packages, control plans, and supplier CAD sharing — not feature tours.
- Work free-tier accounts into platform conversations: a supplier viewing a shared model today is a QMS conversation next quarter.
- Keep the CRM honest — every conversation logged, every deal staged, forecasts the team can actually plan against.
What we look for
- Track record closing B2B SaaS or industrial software deals.
- Comfort selling to plant managers, quality directors, and owners of small-to-mid manufacturers — people who distrust software vendors for good reasons.
- Enough manufacturing fluency to hold a conversation about revisions, RFQs, and audits — or the drive to build it fast.
- Self-managing and process-disciplined; we're an early team, so you'll help define the playbook, not inherit one.
Account Manager
Own our customers after the ink dries. You'll take manufacturers from first login through implementation, renewal, and expansion across the platform.
What you'll do
- Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation trials alongside our forward-deployed engineers — from kickoff to daily use on the floor.
- Grow accounts module by module: CAD collaboration into document control, document control into quality management, quality into full PLM and MES.
- Be the customer's voice inside GatesFlow — turn support patterns and feature requests into a prioritized case for the product team.
- Protect renewals by tracking adoption and value delivered, not just tickets closed.
What we look for
- Experience in account management or customer success for B2B software, ideally with operational or technical products.
- Ability to talk shop with quality managers and production planners — you'll be trusted because you understand their day.
- Commercial instinct: you spot expansion moments and handle renewal conversations without a script.
- Organized and durable — you'll own a book of manufacturers who expect answers, not hold music.
Marketing Manager
Tell manufacturing the licenses aren't necessary. You'll own the engine that turns our free CAD viewer and document control into pipeline — content, campaigns, and positioning.
What you'll do
- Own positioning and messaging for the free product launch: 'you don't need SolidWorks to read a drawing' needs to reach every supplier who's ever emailed a STEP file.
- Run the content engine — community blog, SEO, case studies, LinkedIn — and turn product screenshots into demo videos that convert.
- Build and measure paid campaigns and email sequences against real funnel data, not vanity metrics.
- Arm the sales team: decks, one-pagers, and presentations that speak to quality directors and plant owners.
What we look for
- B2B SaaS marketing experience with proof you've grown organic and paid pipeline, ideally in product-led or freemium businesses.
- Strong writing — our marketing teaches manufacturers something true, and it has to sound like it came from the shop floor, not an agency.
- Hands-on with SEO, analytics, and ad platforms; you run your own campaigns end-to-end.
- Experience marketing to industrial or manufacturing audiences is a real advantage.
Product Manager
Own what we build next across a platform that spans CAD collaboration, document control, quality, and the shop floor — for customers who use it to ship real parts.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap across free products and paid modules — balance viral free-tier features against the depth paying plants need.
- Sit with customers (and travel to them) to watch how work actually flows through their quality and production processes.
- Turn implementation feedback from forward-deployed engineers into specs the dev team can ship weekly.
- Own freemium conversion: instrument the funnel, find where free users become teams, and sharpen that path.
What we look for
- Product management experience on a B2B or technical product; you've shipped things users depend on daily.
- Comfort with domain complexity — BOMs, revisions, FMEAs, work orders — and the judgment to keep the product simple anyway.
- Fluency with data: you frame decisions in funnels, adoption curves, and retention, not opinions.
- Manufacturing, PLM/QMS/ERP, or other operational-software background strongly preferred.
GTM Specialist
Own the growth loop. Every shared CAD link shows 'Create your free account' to someone new — your job is to make that loop, and every channel around it, compound.
What you'll do
- Design and run the product-led motion: free signup → shared links → new signups → paid teams, instrumented end to end.
- Build referral distribution through supplier networks — every manufacturer that adopts GatesFlow can bring its whole supply chain.
- Own lead enrichment and routing: connect visitor intent data to the CRM so sales talks to the right plant at the right moment.
- Run pricing and packaging experiments across the free tier and paid add-ons, and report what actually moved.
What we look for
- Experience in growth, GTM, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS — ideally one with a freemium or product-led motion.
- Systems thinking: as comfortable wiring CRM automation and enrichment tools as writing the outreach sequence they trigger.
- Analytical by default — cohorts, conversion rates, and payback periods are how you argue.
- Scrappy and autonomous; this role invents its own machinery at an early-stage company.
