Case Study
MotoChefe
MotoChefe franchise stores in Rio de Janeiro state, selling and invoicing electric motorcycles from GatesFlow.

The Challenge
Every bike a store sells is tracked by chassis number, and every sale needs a Brazilian electronic invoice (NF-e) that matches the exact bike, the buyer and the store's tax registration. The stores wanted a salesperson to build the proposal, hold the specific bike and issue the invoice from one record instead of moving between separate screens and systems.
The Solution
GatesFlow went live at the Itaboraí and Araruama stores on 1 September 2026, with Resende set up the same week. Incoming bikes are received from the supplier's NF-e, so stock arrives with chassis numbers already attached. A sale starts as a proposal, reserves a specific chassis and ends with the NF-e issued from the same record, with the salesperson on the sale for commission.
The Results
The stores sell and invoice every bike through GatesFlow. In Itaboraí the salesperson runs the whole sale: registers the customer, builds the proposal, prints it for signature and issues the NF-e. In September Araruama connected its bank accounts through Open Finance for reconciliation. Every problem the stores reported in their first ten days on the system was fixed within eight hours.
