Why a community
The best knowledge about running a business almost never leaves the building. The person who finally tamed the chaos. The team that fixed the process everyone said couldn't be fixed. The owner who replaced five disconnected tools with one — and got their evenings back. Hard-won, specific, real — and locked inside one company.
That's a waste. So this is a place to let it out: for the people who actually run things to share how they do it, ask the questions you can't Google, and get sharper together. Whatever you make, move, sell, or service — if you run an operation, you belong here.
